- Order Cancellation: Since all our products are made to order, the order can’t be cancelled after it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Quality Check: We do a thorough quality check before shipping out our products to ensure that they meet our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product or a wrong product, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Return and Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return and Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after we have received the returned product. The refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
- Colour Variations: We try our best to show you accurate colors through our website, but please note that colors can differ fabric to fabric and monitor to monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will be an exact match to the actual product.
