Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Timeframe: All our products are made to order and take 10-14 working days to dispatch. Ready-to-Ship products are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 7 working days within India and 10 to 20 working days for International orders on the shipping method selected at checkout and the shipment’s destination.
  2. Shipping:  Shipping charges are charged separately for fabrics while for fashion products and wallpapers, the amount is inclusive of shipping within India. Extra charges shall be applicable on all international orders.
  3. For COD (CASH ON DELIVERY): To ensure a smooth process for our made-to-order products, we'll contact you via call and text twice to confirm. Only upon your confirmation, the order will be processed. Please note that COD orders might take additional 2 -3 business days to deliver.
  4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and our website, you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concerns regarding their services.
  5. Customs: Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever. For the return of an international order, the amount of customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
  6. Shipping Address: We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses, then you are required to place separate orders.
  7. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the shipment’s destination, and the package’s weight. Customers can view the shipping rates at checkout before completing their purchase. The amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.
  8. Returns: Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning items.

Payment Method Policy:

  1. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including debit/credit cards, net banking, and payment wallets. We also accept payment through UPI for orders within India.
  2. Payment Security: We take the security of your payment information seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information during transmission. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
  3. Payment Processing: Once you have placed your order, your payment will be processed through our secure payment gateway. We will only process your order once we have received confirmation of payment.
  4. Payment Confirmation: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order along with the payment details.
  5. Cancellation of Payment: In case of payment cancellation, we will initiate a refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
  6. Payment Verification: In some cases, we may need to verify your payment information before processing your order. We may contact you via email or phone to request additional information or documentation to complete the verification process.
  7. Payment Failure: If your payment fails, please check with your bank or payment provider to ensure that there are no issues with your payment method. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.
  8. Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you place an international order, your payment will be converted to INR based on the exchange rate at the transaction time.
