For COD (CASH ON DELIVERY): To ensure a smooth process for our made-to-order products, we'll contact you via call and text twice to confirm. Only upon your confirmation, the order will be processed. Please note that COD orders take additional 2 -3 business days to deliver.

For Sarees the processing time and dispatch will take up to 2 -3 weeks 

Returns
We make sure that we deliver the best to you and we do undergo quality checks before we dispatch your order but in case of any damage to our products, we are happy to accept returns. Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery only if the product is damaged.

Return Conditions: We make sure that we deliver the best to you and we do undergo quality checks before we dispatch your order but in case of any damage to our products or if the product is different from what you ordered, we are happy to accept returns. Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery only if the product is damaged or different along with the original tags attached.
Damaged or Defective Courier: Please don’t accept the courier if it arrives damaged or defective.
Exchange Options: Due to the custom nature of our products, we kindly ask you to refer to the size chart before placing your order. If you receive an item in the wrong size, don't worry! You can easily exchange it for the correct size or a different style.
Return/Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item, our customer care team will verify if all conditions are met before processing your credit or exchange.
