Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery only if the product is damaged or different along with the original tags attached.
Damaged or Defective Courier: Please don’t accept the courier if it arrives damaged or defective.
Exchange Options: Due to the custom nature of our products, we kindly ask you to refer to the size chart before placing your order. If you receive an item in the wrong size, don't worry! You can easily exchange it for the correct size or a different style.
Return/Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item, our customer care team will verify if all conditions are met before processing your credit or exchange.
